Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Most of the items will be shipped out on the same or the next business day, the shipping should be within 2 business days.

 

Due to supply chain shortages, there are some items that will have to get shipped from another location with longer wait times, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience and we will notify you in the case of the delay.

In some cases the items will get shipped directly from the Distributor/Wholesaler, to insure that the wait times are as short as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

The customer has a 14-day period after receiving the item to return the item, if you have changed you mind about the purchase the item must be returned as new and the box only opened for inspection by the customer.

In the case of the item being delivered with outside damage, require for the courier  to take note of the outside damage on the packaging and contact us straight away on info@antaonachretail.com to make the return process as quick as possible.

If there is no outside damage but the contents are still damaged, please take pictures and contact us as soon as possible on info@antaonachretail.com to make your return process as quick as possible.
